GreenExergy’s proprietary technology is designed to maximize energy-efficiency in all processes that operate at elevated temperatures by using the off-gas heat in other plant areas as an energy source and results in reduced emissions of carbon dioxide.
Equipment supply
GreenExergy offers specialized designing services for processes, operations and laboratory testing in a bio-engineering plant. GreenExergy uses its proprietary technology for producing bioenergy in the form of electricity, heat and pellets from forestry and sawmill residues. The process based on innovative raw material drying technology considerably improves the energy efficiency of the production as compared to alternative technologies. The technology is deployed and in operation at two of Skelleftea Kraft’s plants at Hedensbyn and Storuman. GreenExergy also offers its proprietary products comprising the whole pressurized steam circuit with feeding, drying and steam turbine for the Steam Dryer system. These products are the culmination of over 10 years of development at Skellefteå Kraft.
